FAQs
How do I order?
As our products are made to order, kindly reach out to us through the Contact page on our website or send us an email directly to info@buenaroca.com.au. We will then get in touch with you to discuss the details of your request and provide you with a quote. If you are happy with the quote, just let us know and we will proceed with your order.
How do I pay and what are the payment options?
On the day you place an order, a 50% deposit payment of the total amount in the quote should be placed. We only accept debit Australian bank transfer to our bank account for now.
How long will it take to complete my order?
Please allow 20 business days (Mon-Fri) to have your order ready. If your order is in the queue, we will give you a notification within 2 days from the placement of the order if it will take longer to complete your order.
Do you accept orders internationally?
At the moment, we are only open for orders from and shipping across Australia.
Do you have a shop?
So far, we are running our business online, but we are hoping to have a store in the future. Stay tuned when we open our store. :)
How will my order be shipped and how long will it take to arrive?
We work with Australia Post to ensure the shipment is safe and secure until it arrives at your door. All shipments will be under shipping insurance (for the amount of insurance, refer to Australia Post on their Extra Cover) and receive a tracking code. For information on arrival time from shipping, please get in touch with Australian Post with the code given.
I'm in Kalgoorlie, can I pop in to collect my order once it's done?
Of course! Just let us know your availability and we will arrange the appointment. We are more than happy to deliver orders to the hands of customers directly :)
What if my ring does not fit?
As we take customised orders, our rings should fit as requested. Care should be taken by customers to provide us the correct size when ordering. However, in case it does not fit, small adjustment can be done so it matches with your true finger size. Just notify us and send it back to us for the correct sizing.
I change my mind after putting an order. Can I cancel it?
Cancellation will be on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us and provide your order number so we can look at it immediately.
Can I use my own gold?
Sure, you can bring your own gold nuggets or any gold jewellery you would like to reform as long as they are solid gold, not gold plated. Any notifiable excess from manufacturing your jewellery will be returned to you whether unprocessed or processed (melted alloy). Unfortunately, gold dust from cutting and polishing won't be considered a notifiable excess.
How does the gold prospecting experience work?
Gold prospecting experience will be conducted within the goldfields just outside Kalgoorlie, WA. To book, you can reach us on the contact page to ask for a jewellery quote with a 1-day trip gold prospecting. You will be able to metal detect or pan some gold throughout the day with our supplies and company. Any findings will belong to you and be turned into the jewellery you order.
